A milk snake belonging to Mark Gordon-Hill went missing from its enclosure in Donington, Lincolnshire, England 15 months ago. Recently, the snake was discovered under a compost heap just a field away from its original home by emma Dormer’s husband while he was gardening.
Dormer shared her experience with BBC News and expressed her fear upon finding the snake. She also mentioned reaching out to their local Donington Facebook page for help and being connected with the owner, mark. “Hopefully…the last we will see of that!”, she added.
Gordon-Hill confirmed that the photo of the snake looked like his missing pet but wanted to see it in person before being certain.He told BBC that there was a small suspicion in his mind when he saw the photo and upon seeing it in person, he recognized it instantly due to its markings and deformity on its tail.
